Pad Printing (Tampography)

Precision & Finesse in Every Design on Plastic & Glass Surfaces

Pad printing is an innovative, precise technique for printing high-quality designs on many surfaces, including plastic, glass & metal. It is an excellent choice for curved & difficult surfaces such as plastic & glass parts, reproducing fine detail & bright, accurate colours on every piece.

PROCESS OVERVIEW

Clean Transfer onto Curved & Irregular Surfaces

In pad printing, the design is etched into a printing plate & filled with ink. A soft silicone pad picks up the inked image & presses it onto the part, flexing to follow curves, recesses & textured surfaces. This lets us place logos, text & fine graphics accurately on small, curved & irregular parts, from caps & closures to injection-molded components, with bright colour, strong adhesion & consistent results in volume.

Why This Method

Accuracy on Complex, Curved & Small Surfaces

Pad printing combines very high accuracy, flexibility on complex surfaces & precise, bright colours. It suits parts with special shapes or non-flat surfaces, and from consumer products to industrial components it transfers designs & brand logos cleanly onto the target surface.

Strong Ink Adhesion

Pad inks bond well to PET, polyethylene & glass, resisting scratches, abrasion & chemicals.

Prints fine, intricate designs without loss of sharpness or colour overlap.

Reaches curved, recessed & complex-shaped surfaces with high precision.

Withstands moisture, heat & sunlight for lasting visual integrity.

MATERIAL APPLICATIONS

Controlled Industrial Printing with Measurable Accuracy

Pad printing adapts to PET, polyethylene (LDPE & HDPE), injection-molded parts made from PE, PP or ABS, and glass. Each material is printed with inks & settings chosen for strong adhesion & sharp, durable results, from pharmaceutical packs to appliance & industrial parts.

PET

Precise, vivid prints for bottles & pharmaceutical or food packaging, without fading.

Polyethylene (LDPE / HDPE)

Strong adhesion & moisture resistance, even on curved forms.

Injection-Molded Plastic Parts

Fine details for automotive, appliance & industrial components.

Glass

Clear, accurate prints on bottles, caps & glass items.

Applied Printing Examples

Industrial consistency across materials, geometries & brand identities.

The following examples represent executed projects across cosmetic, pharmaceutical & industrial packaging lines, demonstrating controlled print quality, color consistency & surface integration on diverse container formats.

Execution Capability

The showcased projects demonstrate the flexibility of our pad printing technology across diverse part shapes & graphic requirements.
Controlled scalability, consistent quality monitoring & industrial reliability define our production standards.
